Simple to read, effects for life!

For those who always wondered methods on how to say hard and have multiple male orgasms, this book explains how and what you should do to get them. Simple text, interesting drawings. I actually pick up the book all the time and read a bit just to refresh my mind. I am really into the spiritual aspect with the tantra focus and this gave both. How to do it and how to do it even further with a more spiritual methods. Awesome!

Is Seth's information useful/relevant??

Seems like friends of this couple used their friendship feelings in place of a true review and greatly embellished the actual content of this work. I am very disappointed, having purchased the book believing that it could be used as a guide (hello?) TOWARD BETTER HEALTH!! With all of the background that this woman had with this entity, how was it that in the clutch, she didn't seem to be able to capitalize on the advice he offered?? Sad final commentary on the actual usefulness of the entity's information. Does this extend to the other topics covered in the other books as well???

Jane's last year in hospital with comments from Seth

This book describes Jane's last year in hospital. It's termed a Seth-Book, which is technically correct, but it's as well a book from Robert (Jane's husband). Seth readers are familiar with the Italics, and the main body of this book is actually Italics. The Seth material in it is very good indeed, but most of it can be found scattered across his other work as well. However, in no other book did Robert/Jane allow the reader to come as close to their lives as in this one. I normally just skim the Italics, but here they just sucked me in. Seth occasionally uses the word "drama" in his other books -- this book simply is DRAMA PUT ALIVE. The actual book dictation is about 1/3 or 1/4 of the book, then there's about 1/4 Seth comments to Robert/Jane's current situation and the rest is Italics. The mixture makes this book very powerful and very moving. This book actually makes me think about going to Yale University to study more of the private sessions.
Not recommended if you don't at least know two or three other Jane Roberts/Seth books.
Also, I'm not sure if I would recommend it if you are currently dealing with (own) health problems.
However, an EXCELLENT source of material if you are dealing with healing other people (being a nurse, a doctor or just a healer by intent).

Light and introductory with the scent of apple pie

I wasn't impressed with this book for two separate reasons. Firstly, the production standard struck me as almost 1960s' in style - black and white photos (nice 'grainy' look), big bulky monitors and a general aged format. It is peculiar I agree, but the book looks like it was written at least 30 if not 40 years ago. The second set of quibbles I have with the text is that it presume the reader is almost completely ignorant of any kind of presentation technology. This assumption may have been acceptable several decades ago but the universality of TV seriously undermines its value. Television is constantly exposting the public to new technologies. For instance, in the text there is a piece with graphic devoted to how to load a slide projector. How relevant is that to today's classroom? Moreover, any decent bit of kit comes with instructions. I accept that the authors wish to do a thorough hand holding with the reader, but the book assume too little exposure to technology which renders it advice mediocre in places. Possibly it should be retitled Instructional Media Technology for Complete Dummies. The bits on the web are small (literally bits) which is not a good sign. Overall, the book was lightweight - possibly I am being unfair as I am not looking for the technology it covers, but for review of current and future developments. In any event I regret buying the book as it doesn't fit my needs and I didn't like its presentation style. It is a tired book, more like jaded, that does not mesh well with the style culture of modern multimedia technology.

Nice update of a classic textbook

As a co-author, I can report that Instructional Media upholds the tradition established by this textbook in 1982. It is aimed primarily at those who are at the entry level in terms of using media for education or training. It helps instructors decide what media to use for different teaching/learning situations, and gives practical tips on HOW to achieve the best effect when using technology. The book began with a focus on audiovisual media; the sixth edition retains the most relevant audiovisual content, but shifts focus toward computer-based delivery. What remains constant is the conviction that effectiveness of mediated instruction depends very much on what the instructor does...how the technology is integrated into the overall learning program.

Technology presented with clarity

Pay no attention to one gentleman's "Apple Pie" comment about the step-by-step instructions included in this book. After all, not everyone is as technologically adept as he may be. If you have already mastered such technology, then this material is possibly too basic for you. But for the rest of us, one of the major benefits of this book is indeed the fact that the instructions have been so clearly presented!

If you are an educator, as I am, and you are looking to learn more about real-world technology as it applies to your classroom or learning center, then I HIGHLY recommend this book (8th Ed.).

About the Author
Bill Carruthers was born in 1924 in Glasgow. He won a bursary to Glasgow University, where he graduated with a first class honours degree in 1946 and a PhD in 1949. He moved to Exeter in 1956, working first for the Medical Research Council and then, from 1968, as a Lecturer then Senior Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Exeter. He died in April 1990, just a few months before he was due to retire. ***Widow's address: Mrs J. E. Carruthers, 72 Velwell Road, Exeter, Devon, EX4 4LD***

Iain Coldham worked with Dr. Carruthers at the University of Exeter, where he became a Senior lecturer in the Chemistry Department. He is now currently Reader at the University of Sheffield and specialises in organic synthesis.

Una buena historia, un final con algunos cabos sueltos

Entretenida y por momentos atrapante. Igualmente, le falta a�n una vuelta de tuerca al personaje o a las historias de la serie. Es como que, hasta el momento, no hay rivales que puedan competir de igual a igual con Jack.

El ep�logo, nuevamente me deja con sabor a poco. Con tantos libros le�dos de la serie, no se si el autor tiene un problema para crear un cierre consistente o es parte de su estilo.

Lee Child (reacher) is the best perhaps i would have chosen someone else than Tom Cruse. for readers i believe someone like the Rock would have been more belivable
